Getting Ready for Planting

Here's Rick (and his supervisors) getting the garden ready to plant. It was badly overgrown, since we didn't plant last year. It dosen't look pretty, but we did get it planted.

Grayson figured out how to pull himself up at the couch the other day. He was so proud of himself. Now he does it all the time, and just stands there smiling and laughing. So Happy! Now we have to be careful what we leave on the couch and the table, since he is pulling everything onto the floor.

It's quiet, what are the boys doing?

The boys were playing outstide and seemed to be having a fun time sitting on the gravel pile. I decided to sneek out and take a picture of them and Grant revealed, Riley hid it for as long as possible, that they were having great fun with a permanent marker. I soon found out that big garage doors and trucks are a great canvas for young artists. I guess their sidewalk chalk just didn't cut it anymore.

Grayson really enjoys his meals, but he is easily distracted by his fellow siblings.

The boys have dug a hole in the garden and have a great time filling it full of water anytime they can get away with it.
